How Do I Import Patient Treatments and Clinical Notes From Exact?

The first step is to open the patient record in SOE Exact. Near the top you will see a print button which you can click. Tick all the options and press the "Export" button at the bottom fo the dialogue. Then save the file to a directory you have designated such as "C:\SOE Export Data".

You can do this many times to accumulate a number of files from your patient records.

Once you are ready to import them into Bridge-IT go to "Tools" --> "Data Administration" --> "Import External Data".

Select the "Exact CSV" tab and near the bottom specify the export directory where have saved your Exact patient files (the program will remember this directory so you don't have to reselect it in the future).

Now simply press the "Import Data" button at the top of the screen. A dialogue will show you the progress and whether the import was successful or not.
