My Sign-IT tablet app seems to have lost it's settings? How do I re-enter them?

Sometimes when the Android OS performs an update on the tablet it can wipe the settings from some applications. To re-enter those details follow these simple instructions:

Step 1. Go to "Home" page of the Sign-IT app with the "Start" button on it. If you are currently in the DOB view, simply press the '31' five times to return to the home page.

Step 2. Select the "cog" settings icon to check your API key and host name (see picture below). If either of the settings are empty, please contact Software 4 Dentists to obtain the correct information for your practice.
